Funding the next generation of developers

Yorkshire-based family business Briahaze Village Homes has been a borrower of Close Brothers Property Finance for over 25 years.

During this time they have built over 120 family homes and in recent years the day to day running of the business has passed from Brian Kitching to his son Jonathan.
