Close Brothers were able to provide a Revolving Credit Facility to enable the delivery of phase 1 of this project in Sudbrooke, Lincolnshire. The development will ultimately bring forward over 150 new homes, alongside investment in the surrounding woodland areas and the creation of new community facilities.
The facility needed to be structured to enable the acquisition of a number of parcels of land in various different ownerships, and at different times to meet with the vendors requirements and involved some complex legal due diligence with the land held under 14 separate titles.
The Facility enables the sales proceeds received during construction to be recycled and redrawn towards ongoing costs, whilst being structured to ensure that the unpredictable nature of the timing of such proceeds does not impact on the liquidity and funding availability to keep the project moving forward.
It is intended that the Facility will evolve over time to enable the delivery of future phases and see this fantastic scheme through to completion.
