Website Usage Agreement

  1. By using this Site you indicate that you accept the following terms and conditions.
  2. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not continue to use closepropertyfinance.com ("the Site"). The Site is operated by Close Brothers Property Finance ("CBPF"), which is a trading style of Close Brothers Limited ("CBL"), a subsidiary of Close Brothers Group plc. CBL is registered in England and Wales with company number 195626 and registered office at 10 Crown Place, London EC2A 4FT. Close Brothers Limited is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority, firm reference number 124750.
  3. CBPF does not provide loans secured by mortgages on owner-occupied residential properties.
  4. CBPF provides information on the Site only in relation to CBPF's own secured loan facilities which are provided as a principal lender.
  5. CBPF maintains the Site as a courtesy to those who may choose to access the Site ("Users"). The information presented herein is for informative purposes only. CBPF is pleased to allow Users to visit the Site and download and copy the information, documents and materials (collectively, "Materials") from the Site to use, without any right to resell, redistribute or create derivative works therefrom, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, and also subject to additional restrictions set out in relation to specific material within this Site.
  6. CBPF administers this Site. All Material on this Site from the various members of Close Brothers Group plc appears on this Site subject to these terms and conditions. In addition, the members of Close Brothers Group plc may have additional terms and conditions that govern the use of their material.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  1. This Agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of England. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the courts of England.
     

Variations

  1. CBPF may revise these terms of use at any time for security, legal, best practice or regulatory reasons by amending this page.
  2. CBPF will not use this right to make substantial changes to the terms to your detriment without giving Users a chance to agree.
  3. Users are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes CBPF made, as they are binding on Users.
     

Severability

  1. If any of these terms of use are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms of use are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms of use and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
     

General

  1. CBPF reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any Materials in any respect.
  2. CBPF reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any User access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.
  3. No waiver by CBPF of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set forth in writing signed by its duly authorised representative.
