Funding for growth in Manchester

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Bridging Finance office in Manchester, which was formally launched in September 2019.

The office will focus on the provision of bridging and refurbishment finance for smaller development projects, with loans in the range of £50,000 to £4,000,000.

Joanne Parr has been appointed to run the business and will head up the new team. Joanne, who is from Manchester, has over 29 years experience in the finance industry including working for high street banks and a specialist bridging and development lender.
