Why are we supporting the next generation of housebuilders?

The housebuilding sector has proven to be one of the most pandemic-resilient industries in the UK, however, the Home Builders Federation indicates that close to a third of the workforce will be retiring over the coming years, which risks interrupting housing supply and placing the Government’s new homes ambition further out of reach.

The Next Generation of developers have the scope and potential to be the most innovative and progressive in the industry. By supporting them we can share that progress and innovation, safeguard and increase the supply of new homes and encourage greater diversity within the sector.
